Directions on how to select appropriate WEEDeck cards for your area.

We suggest you use the interactive map on the Weeds Australia website .'Weed Identification & Information' section. Click on the state you want on the map at the bottom of the page. At the bottom of this map click on "show NRM regions". (this refines the map a bit more.) Click on the region of interest. A list of plants will come up. This list is a list of all the plants that are pertaining to this region and all the cards with a green 'W' next to it indicates there is a WEEDeck card. However this list is not useful for our order form found at the website www.sainty.com.au. This list needs to be broken into the catagories you see above the list i.e. HERB, GRASS, SHRUB, TREE, VINE, WATERPLANTS.

If you click in HERBS a list of plants appear that are herbs and again the green 'W' are the ones you want. print this list off. Go back to the general list by clicking back once and click on the next catagory in this case GRASS. Again print this list off. Do this for all the catagories.

After you have your pirntouts go to www.sainty.com.au and go to WEEdeck then Ordering WEEDecks.This page gives you all the pricing information. At the end of that page is an electronic order form which you can use your lists to find the cards you want to order. The sainty order form is ordered alphabetically by common name in the categories of HERB, GRASS, SHRUB, TREE, VINE, WATERPLANTS. The lists you pirnted off WEEDs.org.au also ordered the same way.

The Weeds Australia site can also be used to come up with current declared plants for the different states. In this case use the 'Noxious Weed List' section of the site, scroll down to 'Click here for the entire Noxious Weeds List in .pdf format'.
