Sainty and Associates was founded in 1981 and is a leader in the field of wetland ecology and wetland design and management. Prior to private consulting, Principal Geoff Sainty worked with the NSW Water Resources Commission for 20 years in wetland management with state-wide responsibility.

Utilising his extensive knowledge of wetlands and waterplants, Geoff and his associates bring over 100 years experience in wetland restoration, design and management, and draw on a wealth of knowledge in major disciplines, including engineering, hydrology, geomorphology, botany, ecology and environmental sciences.
